Eryngium are a new crop for us but we really love what we have seen so far. A mix of tunnel and outdoor production gives us exceptional quality and length and helps to spread the flush. The spectacular blue flowers and exceptional vase life make Eryngium extremely popular as both a bouquet component and as a straight line. We also produce some more specialist varieties such as Green Globe and Purple Stars. Eryngium is also great for drying and stores extremely well post harvest.
