Seasonal Staff
Every year there a number of vacancies that arise for seasonal staff to bolster our team during our busiest periods. These periods would normally be:
- February to April- Tulip peaks (Valentines, International Womens Day, Mothers Day, Easter)
- May- Tulips and Stocks crossover
- August/September- Lilies and Asters
Seasonal staff would normally be recruited on a short term contract but there is always the opportunity for our seasonal recruits to progress to full time employment if they shown the required drive, initiative and enthusiasm for the work. The vast majority of our supervisory team started work here on a seasonal basis and have worked their way up to be absolutely key team members. We always aim to promote from within wherever possible.
